Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives (XFE) to promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections. The role involves customer acquisition through field activities, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through door-to-door sales, society visits, and local market activities.
- Promote Airtel Xstream Fiber plans and explain product benefits to customers.
- Convert leads into successful broadband connections.
- Complete KYC and customer documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with the installation team for timely connection activation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience (Telecom/Broadband/FMCG/Banking preferred).
- Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
