- Key Responsibilities

- Conduct SDE technical training & mock interviews
- Prepare candidates for Screening, L1, L2 & Technical Rounds
- Train on Java/Python, DSA, OOPs & Core CS concepts
- Conduct coding & problem-solving sessions
- Review resumes, projects & technical skills
- Conduct JD & company-specific interview preparation
- Identify candidate gaps and create improvement plans
