SBI – Mutual Fund (Inbound Process)**

Process: Inbound Customer Service

Headcount: 20 Positions

Eligibility: Graduates with a minimum of 6 months' experience

Communication: Versant Level 4

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹19,500 In-Hand | ₹24,000 CTC

Date of Joining: 7th September 2026

₹10,000 Joining Bonus for NISM 5A Certified Candidates

• ₹5,000 after completion of 30 days

• ₹5,000 after completion of 60 days

** Important Notes**

• NISM Certification is mandatory for Mutual Fund processes (SBI, Nippon, UTI & The Wealth Company).

• First NISM attempt fee (₹1,500) will be paid by the company.

• Second attempt fee (₹1,500) will be borne by the employee.

• Salary will be on hold until NISM certification is cleared.
