Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders and inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock status to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Generate periodic sales reports and performance summaries.
