Position: FCU Tele-caller
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for customer and loan verification and follow-ups.
- Verify customer and loan-related information over the phone.
- Maintain and update customer/case data in MS Excel.
- Prepare and maintain daily Excel reports and trackers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with tele-calling and data entry work.
Salary & Benefits
- In-Hand Salary (NTH): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday – Weekly Off
