- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and basic terms clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and messages.
- Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for customer applications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Provide qualified and courteous customer service.
