Real Estate Channel Partner Executive

Position: Presales Executive / Telecaller

Industry: Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Sales and Customer Handling

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Upto Rs. 1.5 lakhs

- Key Responsibilities
- Call on given digital leads and data , generate prospects from them .
- Schedule and manage site visits for interested buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders team & clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.





- preferred Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales or Sales Industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
