Auxinor is looking for a motivated and organized Telesales & Accounts Executive to handle customer communication, sales follow-ups, order coordination, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales and operations team.
- Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and follow-up reports.
- Handle basic accounting and day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase and sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist with routine accounting entries.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, receipts,



and other financial records.
- Work on Tally and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Requirements

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Comfortable making customer calls and handling sales follow-ups.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential business information.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, accounts, or B2B trading will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in chemical trading or B2B sales will be preferred.
