Position: Restaurant Captain – SardaarJi Haveli

Experience: 3–6 years

Industry: North Indian / Punjabi / Mughlai / Fine-Dine / Premium Casual Dining

Location: Mumbai – preferably Western Suburbs

Must-have:

- Excellent spoken English — not just basic English.
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
- Previous experience as Captain / Senior Captain / Senior Steward.
- Experience specifically in North Indian/Punjabi restaurants.
- Good knowledge of North Indian dishes, ingredients and preparation.
- Can explain dishes and make recommendations to customers.
- Able to manage a team of waiters/stewards.
- Robust knowledge of sequence of service.
- Can handle complaints without immediately calling the manager.
- Comfortable with POS, KOT, billing and table management.
- Good grooming and professional personality.
- Can handle busy dinner/weekend operations.
- Should understand upselling — starters, beverages, desserts, combos, etc.
