- Develop detailed 3D models, realistic renders, and visualizations.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and design presentations.
- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into attractive design concepts.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure designs are practical and achievable.
- Revise designs based on client or project requirements.
- RequirementsStrong knowledge of 3D design and interior design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Valuable understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, colors, and space planning.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create high-quality and realistic 3D visualizations.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Relevant experience or a strong portfolio will be preferred.
