Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Home Visit Collection Phlebotomist responsible for visiting patients at their homes and collecting blood and other diagnostic samples safely and professionally. The candidate will ensure proper sample collection, labeling, storage, and timely handover to the designated laboratory or collection center.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct home visits as per the assigned appointments and collection schedule.
- Collect blood and other diagnostic samples following proper medical and safety protocols.
- Verify patient details and test requirements before sample collection.
- Ensure correct labeling and documentation of all collected samples.




- Maintain hygiene and follow infection-control procedures during every collection.
- Handle and transport samples safely to the designated laboratory or collection center within the required TAT.
- Maintain proper records of collections, patient details, and samples.
- Carry and maintain the required collection kit, consumables, and equipment.
- Provide a qualified, polite, and comfortable experience to patients.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding appointments, delays, cancellations, or any collection-related issues.
- Follow all company SOPs and quality standards.
