Job DescriptionLandmark Ventures is looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing work as per project timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and track daily/weekly work schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Check material requirements and coordinate material availability at the site.
- Monitor labour productivity and manage site manpower effectively.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify/correct site issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, work progress, and material records.




- Coordinate with project management and report site progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety practices at the site.
- Support quantity measurements, billing, and contractor verification.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and multiple site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and construction-related documentation.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel locally if required.
