Salary - ₹ 35,000 - ₹ 50,000

What You’ll Do

* Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.

* Build strong relationships with *clients, architects, interior designers, and industry professionals*.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and sales teams.

* Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful business.





* Achieve business development and sales targets.

* Expand Radiance’s network and create new business opportunities.

We’re Looking For

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* A business development and sales mindset.

* Confidence in client interactions and networking.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

* Experience in *Business Development, Sales, Interiors, Modular Kitchens, Furniture, or Real Estate* will be an added advantage.
