Location: Chennai, India

Business Unit: Retail Banking – Mortgages & Consumer Lending

Reporting To: Team Leader / Operations Manager

- Work Location: Sholinganallur
- Designati on: Associate/ Analyst
- Proce ss: Inbound Call
- Experien ce: 1-3 years in International Voice Process
- Education Eligibili ty:



12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
