Business Development Manager – Water Treatment Plants

Experience: 5 years

Qualification: Graduate Engineer – Mechanical preferred / Diploma in Mechanical

Mandate / Key Requirements

- Drive sales and business growth for ETP, STP, ZLD, UF, RO, and DM Water Treatment Plants & Services .
- Develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, technical & commercial discussions, negotiations, order closure, payment follow-up, and delivery coordination .
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, architects, and interior professionals to secure approvals and vendor registrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Drive pricing, profitability,



market-share growth, and achievement of sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and service support .
- Conduct customer presentations, meetings, and marketing activities.
- Maintain customer interactions and sales activities through CRM and regular reporting .
- Support and guide the sales team through coaching and performance monitoring.

Ideal Candidate

A results-driven Business Development/Sales skilled with strong experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment solutions , excellent technical-commercial understanding, customer relationship skills, and a proven track record in new business development and sales closure.
