About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Manager /Senior Manager – Stock Broking Operations to lead the end-to-end operations of a growing stock broking business.

This is not a pure compliance role.

We are looking for someone who has managed the day-to-day operations of a small or mid-sized stock broking firm, including RMS, settlements, client operations, banking, billing, surveillance, reconciliations and regulatory compliance

.

What You‘ll Be Responsible For

- Lead end-to-end broking operations across the organisation.
- Manage RMS, client exposure monitoring and trading limits.
- Oversee settlements, pay-in / pay-out and reconciliation processes.
- Manage client ledgers, banking operations and fund movements.
- Supervise billing, collections and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with Accounts, RMS, Compliance, Depository and Operations teams.
- Handle CDSL / NSDL operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, KYC, AML and PMLA requirements.
- Coordinate exchange, internal and statutory audits.




- Prepare operational MIS and management reports.
- Improve operational processes, SOPs and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the operations team.

We‘re Looking For Someone Who Has

- 10–18 years of experience in Stock Broking / Capital Markets.
- Hands-on experience managing broking operations in a small or mid-sized broking company.
- Strong exposure to RMS, settlements, client operations and reconciliations.
- Experience in banking, billing, collections and operational controls.
- Working knowledge of CDSL / NSDL.
- Valuable understanding of SEBI, NSE & BSE regulations.
- Experience coordinating audits and regulatory reporting.
- Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
