The Role We are looking for a Sales Marketing Executive with 5 to 7 years of commercial real estate experience to own revenue in Pune. This is a closing role, not a support one — you will carry a target, run deals end to end, and build the space provider relationships that supply them. You should already know the city's micro-markets, what a fair rate looks like in each, and how a leasing conversation moves from first call to signed agreement. What You Will Do Own a monthly and quarterly revenue target across coworking, managed offices, traditional offices and virtual office services. Run the full sales cycle: qualify inbound demand, pitch options, conduct site visits, negotiate commercial terms, and close. Build and manage the supply side — sign new space providers in Pune, negotiate inventory and rates, and keep listings accurate and available. Handle enterprise and mid-market requirements, from a 10-seat team to a full-floor managed office, including fit-out and customization discussions. Plan and execute local marketing and demand-generation campaigns:



broker and channel-partner networks, developer relationships, industry events, and on-ground outreach. Track and report the pipeline with discipline — stage, value, expected close date — and forecast accurately. Feed the market back into the business: rate movement, current supply, competitor activity and what customers are actually asking for. Mentor junior executives and interns on pitching, negotiation and market knowledge. Who We Are Looking For Experience: 5 to 7 years in commercial real estate, coworking, or proptech sales. Time spent on flexible workspace or office leasing is strongly preferred. Track record: A demonstrable history of hitting revenue targets, with the deal sizes and closure numbers to back it up. Negotiation: Comfortable holding a commercial conversation with a landlord, an operator and a CXO, and closing terms that work for all three. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluent in English and Hindi. Ownership: Self-driven and target-oriented, able to work without close supervision in a fast-moving startup. Practicalities: Graduate degree, MBA in Marketing or Sales an advantage. Must be available full-time in office in Pune, with a two-wheeler or car and a valid licence for client and site visits.
