JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling. You should be passionate about creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, branding, and social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and branding.
- Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into visually appealing motion designs.
- Create 2D animations, typography animations, transitions, and promotional videos .
- Edit and enhance video content for different digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand creative requirements.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Make creative revisions based on feedback and deliver high-quality final assets.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design, animation, video editing, and social media trends .

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, video edits, and creative visual content .
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects .




- Good proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro .
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
- Understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with 2D motion graphics and character animation .
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Animate, Blender, or other 3D/motion design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Freepik AI , or similar platforms.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, and digital advertisements .
- Basic knowledge of sound synchronisation, audio editing, and video compositing.
- Understanding of current digital-first and social media motion design trends .
- Experience working in an agency, creative studio, or marketing environment is an added advantage.
