About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager who can take ownership of business growth, build a strong sales team, and drive consistent performance in the assigned market.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive business through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Develop new markets and generate quality leads.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and guide the team on sales activities.
- Implement effective strategies to improve business performance.

- Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good team management and leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
