Starlette Property Valuations (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing property valuation firm serving leading banks and financial institutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for enthusiastic Civil Engineering professionals to join our team.

Open Positions:

? Valuation Associate

Key Responsibilities

For Valuation Engineers:

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, industrial and land properties

• Take accurate site measurements and property photographs

• Collect field data, property details and neighbourhood information

• Conduct local market-rate enquiries

• Coordinate with customers, bank officials and the technical team

• Complete assigned inspections within the stipulated turnaround time

For Valuation Associates:

• Prepare property valuation reports based on field data and documents

• Review site measurements, photographs and property details

• Perform area calculations and assist with value assessments

• Verify market information and supporting documents

• Coordinate with field engineers and internal technical teams

• Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of reports

What We’re Looking For

✔ B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering





✔ Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome

✔ Basic knowledge of building measurements and AutoCAD

✔ Good analytical, observation and communication skills

✔ Ability to work accurately within defined timelines

✔ Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is required for field roles

✔ Willingness to travel for property inspections
