Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise planning and budgeting systems.- Robust knowledge of system integration and data flow between financial applications.- Ability to analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes of problems.- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for Oracle-based applications.
