Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise to create personalized and impactful marketing experiences. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation. Platform Proficiency: Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Data Extensions. Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in: AMPscript: For dynamic content and personalization. SQL: For data extraction, segmentation, and manipulation. HTML/CSS: For building and refining content blocks, email templates, and landing pages. JavaScript (including SSJS): For advanced scripting and interactive elements. Integration Experience: Solid experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) to connect Marketing Cloud with external platforms and CRM systems. Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, data configuration, manipulation, advanced segmentation, and audience management within Marketing Cloud. Marketing Best Practices: Deep understanding of marketing automation principles and email marketing best practices. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Teamwork:



Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. 3) Good to Have Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service )
