Job Description

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and current technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labour unions
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
- Provides counsel to workers regarding company and Governmental policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Facilitating negotiations between management and labour unions
- Providing advice and support to management on industrial relations issues
- Lead the contract management.
- Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards
