Job Description:

- Identify high-impact business problems with Product and translate them into data science and ML solutions.

- Design, prototype, test, and productionize current data products and solutions.

- Develop scalable, automated workflows for processing and analyzing large datasets.

- Integrate data science workflows into production environments in collaboration with software engineers.

- Maintain and optimize existing ML/data science workflows, including bug fixing and model performance improvements.

- Develop statistical and machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques.

- Explore advanced approaches such as Deep Learning, Bayesian Modeling, Computer Vision, Time Series Analysis, Recommendations, Optimal Experimental Design, and Graph Neural Networks.

- Guide and mentor junior data scientists.

- Communicate complex technical concepts, analytical findings, and model outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Participate in client discussions to understand data challenges and recommend innovative solutions.

- Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and improvements and implement effective solutions.
