Business Analyst (AI Applications) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Analyst with proven expertise in building and testing of Enterprise applications. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI-driven solutions are meticulously designed, strategically aligned, and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Elicit and document business requirements and pain points, translating them into comprehensive user stories and process workflows. Define and execute robust testing strategies for AI applications, ensuring data accuracy, model reliability, and compliance during the UAT phase. Engage in daily collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders to monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and roadblocks. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)



to measure project success and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain user guides and documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and user adoption. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, effectively articulating feature enhancements and business value to key stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a robust focus on UAT for Enterprise Applications, ideally in AI/ML-driven environments. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution. Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel, Word, Analytics and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.
