Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within ITSM frameworks.- Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.- Ability to work with various IT infrastructure components and understand their interdependencies.- Familiarity with service catalog management and configuration management databases.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
