About the Role

Rathi Rubber Industries is looking for a CCTV Technician to handle the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and basic IT/networking systems across the organization. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain IP-address-based CCTV/DVR camera systems.

- Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems.

- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, and connectivity issues.

- Perform regular preventive maintenance of CCTV and security equipment.

- Maintain and troubleshoot office landline/telephone systems.

- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic office networking infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi-related issues.

- Install and maintain the office employee punching/attendance system.

- Handle basic hardware and connectivity-related technical support.

- Maintain records of CCTV, networking,



and other technical equipment.

- Coordinate with vendors/service providers whenever specialized technical support is required.

- Ensure all systems remain operational with minimum downtime.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of IP CCTV, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems.

- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic networking.

- Understanding of IP addresses and network configuration.

- Basic knowledge of office telephone/landline systems.

- Knowledge of biometric/punching and attendance systems.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field preferred.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
