Job Title : Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Type : Full time

Experience : 3-8 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 3 8 years of Oracle EBS R12 Financials functional experience.
- Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management (CM)
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or other enterprise financial systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Experience in Multi-Org (MOAC), Legal Entities, Ledgers, and Chart of Accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial setups and configurations.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications and Test Scripts.
- Experience with Interfaces, Conversions, Data Migration, and Integrations.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.




- Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as AIM, OUM, SAP Activate, or equivalent ERP implementation frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle solutions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (BRD, FDD, MD50, MD70, Solution Design).
- Coordinate with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFW) objects.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and Technical teams for integrated business processes.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
