Job Description:
- Manage daily employee cab operations for pick-up and drop.
- Prepare and coordinate cab routes and employee schedules.
- Coordinate with cab vendors, drivers, and transport partners.
- Track cabs through GPS and monitor timely reporting.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency transport requirements.
- Resolve employee transportation-related queries and complaints.
- Maintain records of trips, routes, drivers, vehicles, and employee transport data.
- Monitor driver performance, vehicle condition, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Coordinate transportation for night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Verify trip sheets, cab utilization, and vendor bills.
- Ensure compliance with company transport and employee safety policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transport reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Security, and Operations teams for smooth transport management.
