The role will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, pricing, and management reporting, along with good stakeholder and team management skills. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning Support medium- and long-term financial planning aligned with business objectives. Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decisions. Support the implementation of financial planning frameworks and processes. Budgeting & Forecasting Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting cycles. Consolidate business inputs and review financial projections. Perform variance analysis and provide actionable commentary on financial performance. Identify key financial risks, trends, and opportunities. Financial Analysis & Reporting Perform complex financial analysis, modelling, and investment appraisals. Prepare management reports and financial performance insights. Support business cases, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives. Develop clear financial narratives for senior management. Performance Management Support KPI setting and performance tracking. Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and working capital.



Identify performance improvement opportunities and provide recommendations. Product Costing & Pricing Perform product costing and pricing analysis. Evaluate cost drivers, pricing impact, margins, and profitability. Provide financial insights to support commercial and pricing decisions. Integrated Business Planning Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and ensure alignment between financial and operational plans. Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, operations, and other cross-functional teams. Team & Stakeholder Management Mentor and guide Senior Finance Analysts and Analysts. Work closely with Finance Business Partners and business leadership. Drive adoption of FP&A; best practices, tools, and process improvements.
