FaceIntel Technologies is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.FaceIntel is building an Enterprise Physical AI Platform that transforms existing camera infrastructure into real-time operational intelligence using on-premise Edge AI.We’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who can open current accounts, build a strong pipeline, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and close business.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Engage key decision-makers across Operations, EHS/Safety, Security, IT/Technology and senior management
- Understand customer requirements and position relevant FaceIntel solutions
- Present and demonstrate the FaceIntel platform to prospective customers
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposals, negotiation and closure
- Coordinate customer demonstrations, pilots and commercial deployments with internal teams
- Develop existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities across locations and use cases
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking and pipeline reviewsSkills & Experience
- 5+ years of Enterprise/B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring and closing enterprise customers
- Experience selling Enterprise Software, AI, Video Analytics, IoT, Physical Security, Industrial Technology or related solutions preferred
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, proposals and contract negotiations
