Company DescriptionSILE GLOBAL is a sheet metal and industrial fabrication company specializing in precision components, enclosures, cabinets, pressed parts, welded assemblies, material-handling systems and customized industrial fabrications.We work with MS, SS and other engineering materials, combining practical manufacturing experience with design purpose and fabrication processes.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sheet Metal Designer who can convert c requirements, drawings and concepts into accurate, fabrication-ready designs.The role involves 2D/3D design, production drawings, flat patterns, BOM preparation and direct coordination with the shop floor to ensure designs can be manufactured accurately and efficiently.Qualifications- Create 2D drawings and 3D sheet metal models using SolidWorks / AutoCAD.- Develop fabrication drawings,



flat patterns and bend details.- Design sheet metal components, enclosures, frames and assemblies.- Prepare production documentation.- Apply correct bend allowances, tolerances, clearances and manufacturing considerations.- Design considering laser cutting, punching, bending, welding and surface finishing processes.- Coordinate with production teams to resolve design, fitment and fabrication issues.- Optimize designs for manufacturability, material utilization and cost.At SILE GLOBAL, a designer doesn't just create drawings — you get to see your designs being cut, bent, welded, assembled and turned into real products on the shop floor.
