The walk-in interview will be conducted by invitation only.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and development of architectural design and construction drawings.Analyze project requirements and participate in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and consultants.Review architectural and engineering alternatives, drawings, reports,



and specifications.Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and company graphical standards.Prepare complete architectural construction documentation and specifications.Coordinate façade design, building systems, accessibility, and fire & life safety requirements.Mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring technical excellence.Required Qualifications & SkillsStrong architectural and technical design awareness.Knowledge of international building codes, fire & life safety, accessibility, acoustics, façade systems, and material specifications.Strong communication and coordination skills.Excellent command of English language.Ability to work in a demanding multidisciplinary environment.Software SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Revit.Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Additional knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navisworks will be an added advantage.Education & ExperienceB.Arch. and/or M.Arch. from a reputed institution.8–25 years of relevant professional experience with strong technical competency.
