EAZY Modular Kitchen is a Coimbatore-based interior solutions company with 20+ years of experience in the industry. We execute projects across Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu, specialising in modular kitchens, residential living spaces, office interiors, cafés, and customised interior projects.Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors and clients, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the company.Key Responsibilities:* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.* Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.* Handle vendor and client accounts, including follow-ups and payment coordination.* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.* Track outstanding payments and receivables.* Reconcile bank transactions and maintain proper financial records.* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and the internal team regarding accounts and payments.* Assist with GST, TDS,



and other statutory accounting requirements.* Maintain proper documentation and ensure accounting records are up to date.* Prepare regular financial summaries and reports for the management.* Support the management with day-to-day accounting and financial requirements.What We’re Looking For:* 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.* Robust understanding of day-to-day accounting practices.* Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.* Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.* Good attention to detail and accuracy.* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.* Good communication and coordination abilities.* Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.Location: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMSalary: Based on experience and capabilitiesIf you are organised, detail-oriented, and looking to grow with an established interior business, we’d like to hear from you.
