We are technology-driven, process-focused, and built on close collaboration between our India and US teams.As we scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Associate who can independently manage client accounts, review month-end work, guide junior team members, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.What success looks like: accurate and fully reconciled books, timely month-end closes, thorough reviews with minimal errors, stronger junior team performance, and clients who trust the quality of your work.What You’ll OwnIndependently manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clientsReview weekly bookkeeping and month-end work completed by junior team membersLead the month-end close process and ensure all deadlines are metReview bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledgers, suspense accounts, accruals, prepayments, payroll liabilities, loans, AR, and APIdentify errors, missing entries, unusual balances, and reconciliation issuesEnsure financial statements are accurate and ready for management reviewProvide clear review notes and ensure corrections are completedTrain, mentor,
