- Achieve assigned Trade & FX (TFX) business targets
- Manage branches / assigned business segments
- Identify current TFX opportunities within the assigned catchment/segment
- Work closely with Branch Banking / ABMs and business teams
- Analyze market intelligence, business stock & competition trends
- Identify training needs and drive capability-building initiatives
- Monitor service standards, TATs and resolve operational gaps
- Ensure quality of accounts, compliance & process adherence
- Address customer queries/complaints within defined TAT
