Forms+Surfaces is looking for Management Trainee to join our team!

Job Location: Delhi 60; Company Overview Forms+Surfaces designs and manufactures architectural products used in public spaces around the world.

From walls and elevator interiors to site furnishings and lighting, our line invites creativity and provides real-world solutions to the challenges our customers face.

Scope and Responsibilities - Drive business development by meeting architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants.

Conduct product presentations and secure product specifications for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Delhi NCR.

Coordinate site visits, measurements, and project execution with internal teams.

Act as the key point of contact between clients and the installation team.

Maintain accurate sales and project updates through the company's ERP system.

Required qualifications,



skills and experiences - MBA from a reputed University/Institute; fresh MBA graduates are welcome to apply.

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is preferred.

- 0–2 years of sales experience in premium building materials, architectural surfaces, luxury products, or related industries is preferred.

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Self-motivated, quick learner, and a collaborative team player.

Proficient in MS Office/ERP systems.

Willing to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and carry product samples.

Having own 4-wheeler for mobility is preferred.
