- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.




- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom modules within Oracle applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle software components.
- Familiarity with integrating Oracle applications with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
