Requirements

SAP EC Time and Attendance Specialist Position 5+ Yrs

Implementation & Configuration

- Lead end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of SAP Success Factors EC Time Off (absence) and Time Tracking(attendance).

- Design and implement complex Time Valuations, Overtime Rules,



shift premiums, and pay-type calculations.

Requirements Gathering & Design

- Conduct business blueprint/discovery workshops to gather, document, and analyze HR and workforce management requirements.

- Map standard and custom MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, Business Rules, and workflows to support client policies.

Integration & Data Management

- Ensure seamless integration of EC Time Management with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, and third-party time clocks.

- Configure Success Factors Integration Center and utilize SAP CPI/BTP for advanced data exchange.

Testing & Go-Live Support

- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing cycles.

- Manage data migration activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.
