Job Responsibilities:

- Should have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
- Generating business from DSAs.
- Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents / formalities.
- Monitoring & resolving Infant delinquent cases
- Building relationship with current and prospective Customers
- Providing off roll incentive inputs for timely processing
- Meeting HNI customers for Business Loans
- Generating corporate leads and closing them
- Achieve the branch/location target through the team which includes branch sales target, ALR ,controlling PDD/delinquency

Job Requirements:

- Graduate (Any)
- Comfortable with using MS Word and MS Excel
- Positive Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable team management skills
- Ability to collaborate, delegate and motivate
- Minimum work experience of 3 years
- Exposure in similar industry would be preferable
- Exposure to secured lending asset products viz. Home Finance/Personal
- Loan/Educational Loan etc can be considered
