Job Description:

- Generate current business opportunities through customer visits, networking, and market development.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

- Conduct technical presentations and application discussions with customers.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

- Negotiate pricing and close orders.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Build long-term relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, and industrial clients.

- Maintain sales forecasts and business pipeline reports.

- Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8 12 years of industrial B2B sales experience.

- Experience in engineering products, electrical products, automation, HVAC, pumps, valves, compressors, bearings, power equipment, MEP products, or industrial components.

- Strong negotiation and account management skills.

- Ability to independently manage customer relationships and generate business.

- Technical qualification preferred: Diploma/BE/B. Tech Mechanical or Electrical.

- Target Industries
