Job Description

Role Summary:

Design, develop, and scale production-grade AI/GenAI applications, including agentic systems and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and deploy end-to-end AI and GenAI systems (RAG, agents, automation workflows)

- Design APIs and microservices for scalable AI solutions

- Implement robust data pipelines and retrieval systems

- Optimize prompt engineering, evaluation, and model performance

- Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of AI services

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive AI-driven solutions

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices

Required Skills:





- 4–8 years of experience in software engineering/AI roles

- Strong programming skills in Python or Type Script (Java/Go is a plus)

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI frameworks

- Experience building APIs and working with distributed systems

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with agent frameworks (Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel)

- Knowledge of vector databases and hybrid search techniques

- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning

- Exposure to enterprise system integrations (CRM, ERP, ITSM)
