Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical advice and support to external sales representatives and customers.
- Review BOMs, manufacturing drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to identify suitable replacement components.
- Analyze RFQs and prepare accurate quotations for spare parts and equipment.
- Verify customer-selected components for application suitability, compatibility, and performance.
- Review and process customer purchase orders through the order management system.
- Track order production and fulfillment status to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer information.
- Prepare order confirmations and communicate order updates to customers and sales representatives.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, production, and logistics teams throughout the order lifecycle.
- Manage change orders and communicate required modifications to relevant teams.
- Maintain and update parts lists and product databases.
- Review market feedback and support updates to product catalogs and offerings.
- Conduct customer/site visits when required for measurements, equipment specifications,



and technical assessments.
- Review customer technical requirements and support equipment selection and layout optimization.
- Recommend alternative equipment/models based on performance, energy efficiency, pricing, and applicable standards.
- Provide product, technical, and software training to sales representatives.
- Review and approve technical and order documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Support warranty investigations and coordinate with quality teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Document non-conformities and support quality management system activities.
- Monitor product margins and support initiatives to achieve profitability targets.
- Prepare sales, order, and project-related reports for management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Power Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in mechanical equipment, HVAC, industrial equipment sales, aftermarket sales, or customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
