Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, skilled, and trustworthy Female Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing both business and personal administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate meetings, events, and business schedules.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Assist with personal administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.

Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.





Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as required.

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and smartphone applications.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred.
