You should be someone who can take a brief, generate fresh creative directions, visualize concepts, and turn them into high-impact designs across digital and print.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopbold, maximal, and trend-driven visual conceptsfor brands and campaigns.Generate creative ideas and translate briefs into compelling visual directions.Stay updated withcurrent design, social media, branding, typography, and visual communication trends .Create engagingsocial media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, and digital communication .Designinteractive and visually engaging carouselsin collaboration with the Video Editor and Brand Manager.Createbrochures, packaging, marketing collateral, presentations, and other print assets .Work closely with theBrand Manager, Video Editor,



and creative teamto ensure consistency across campaigns.Develop multiple creative approaches and visual explorations when required.Maintain brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries.Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.Take ownership of projects fromconcept development to final execution .What We're Looking For3–5 years of professional experiencein graphic design, preferably in an agency, branding, advertising, or creative environment.Strong portfolio demonstratingmodern, maximalist, experimental, and trend-led design work .Excellent understanding oftypography, colour theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding .Strong conceptual thinking and the ability tovisualize an idea before execution .Ability to independently generate creative concepts rather than simply execute instructions.Strong understanding ofsocial media design and digital-first visual communication .Experience working onbrochures, packaging, print collateral, and brand communication .Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics.Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines.Software Skills Proficiency in relevant design tools such as:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorCorel DrawKnowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing will be an added advantage.If you are passionate aboutmaximalist aesthetics, contemporary design, branding, and creative storytelling, we'd love to hear from you.Apply with your CV + Portfolio.
