This is a hard requirement — other backgrounds will not be shortlisted.This role is exclusively for professionals with agency-side experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Retail Activations, or Event Production environments.Profiles from advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, branding agencies, media agencies, or brand-side marketing teams will not be aligned to this role.Key Responsibilities:- Head the Client Servicing department for events, activations, and experiential projects, and define its strategic direction- Build and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships across corporate events, BTL activations,



and mall decor installations- Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients on all live events- Lead high-value client conversations, negotiations, and strategic proposals for experiential and event campaigns- Drive PAN team engagement, motivation, and alignment with company objectives across events delivery- Own financial performance, P&L;, and profitability across the events client portfolio- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and new business direction for events and activations- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team focused on event execution- Review post-event performance and client feedback, and drive continuous improvementSkills & Competencies:- 7–10 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events / Experiential / Brand Activation agency (mandatory), including team leadership experience- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred-Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills- Proven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential / events / BTL preferred)- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, reporting, and day-to-day efficiencyLocation: Kalyan Nagar, BangaloreReports To: DirectorEmployment Type: Full time
