Business Manager – Interior DesignAbout the RoleTint Tone and Shade is looking for a results-driven Business Manager to drive business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Bangalore.This is an Individual Contributor role for a commercially strong professional with proven experience in the Interior Design / Home Interiors industry.Key Responsibilities- Drive business development and revenue growth for the Bangalore market.- Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into interior design projects.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and prospective clients.- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handover.- Prepare, present, negotiate, and close commercial proposals.- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to improve conversions.- Track sales performance, pipeline, conversion,
