The role will involve close collaboration with the CEO/Chairman and liaison with all Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure effective translation of strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Execution- Develop and refine the corporate strategy in alignment with the CEO/Chairman’s vision.- Translate strategic objectives into detailed implementation roadmaps.- Monitor execution progress and ensure accountability across departments.2. Cross-Functional Liaison- Act as the strategic interface between the CEO/Chairman and HODs.- Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and HR.- Ensure departmental strategies are aligned with overall corporate objectives.3.



Market & Industry Analysis- Conduct in-depth analysis of infrastructure and steel-based sectors, including towers, solar structures, poles, and construction.- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for diversification and growth.- Benchmark the company against competitors and recommend strategic positioning.4. Business Growth & Innovation- Drive initiatives for new market entry, product diversification, and global expansion.- Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A; opportunities.- Promote innovation, technology adoption, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.5.
