The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of 8–10 members, ensuring business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all assigned branches./n/nKey Responsibilities/n/n- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches within the assigned city./n- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 members, driving performance and accountability./n- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes./n- Monitor branch performance through KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies./n- Drive sales, revenue growth,



and profitability across branches./n- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and retention./n- Coordinate with senior management to align branch operations with organizational goals./n- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively./n- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives./n/n/nKey Requirements/n/n- Proven experience in branch/area management or similar leadership roles./n- Proven experience managing multiple branches or business units within a city./n- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate 8–10 members./n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills./n- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities./n- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and drive consistent results./n- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred./n/n
