GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Talent Development Operations team is part of Global People Operations and supports operational delivery across learning deployment, onboarding, early careers, CPD administration, Workday Learning operations, reporting, process support and stakeholder coordination.
The team enables Talent Development programs and processes to run consistently, efficiently and at scale. It partners with Learning Development and Deployment COE teams, People Strategy, business learning teams, People Operations, HR IT, HR Service Center,
Strada and other internal and external partners.
The Continuous Professional Development Specialist supports the delivery of Talent Development services by managing local regulatory CPD processes and related learning administration. The role helps ensure learning records, documentation, reporting and stakeholder handoffs are accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The colleague is responsible for:
Local learning and CPD administration
- Manage local learning mailboxes and address CPD-related queries.
- Administer sponsorship, external training and professional development policy processes.
- Process contractual letters, verify claims on Workday and Unit4 platforms, and validate bond periods for leavers.
CPD process management
- Partner closely with local Compliance teams and escalate issues or concerns.
- Maintain learning records for regulated colleagues, including verification of supporting documentation.
- Maintain the CPD SharePoint site and ensure records are organized, current and audit-ready.
- Coordinate with appointed CPD vendors to support e-learning platforms and required CPD content.
- Manage annual CPD vendor renewal activities.
- Produce regular CPD reports and year-end reporting.
Data, reporting and service quality
- Manipulate and review large data sets to support reporting and insights.
- Format data into clear, easy-to-read outputs for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve CPD administration processes.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
- 2+ years of relevant experience in CPD administration, learning operations, HR operations, compliance support or service delivery.
- Strong experience CPD Administration, Compliance Records, Workday Learning, Data Management, Reporting, Vendor Coordination, SharePoint Administration, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Attention to Detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Learning Management Systems; Workday preferred.
